Device for sharpening knives “Kazak UBR”
This device is designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. It ensures precise and stable clamping of the blade in the holders while allowing the knife to be rotated without removing it. The sharpening process is fast, safe, and requires no special skills from the user.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT AND DEVICE POSITIONING
The sharpening angle is adjusted using a toothed rack along which the carriage with a hinge mechanism moves when the handle is turned. This allows for quick and accurate angle changes. The vertical tilt adjustment unit enables positioning of the entire device according to individual needs. The maximum length of the sharpening stone that can be installed is 250 mm.
STEEL GUIDE ROD AND ALUMINUM CLAMPS
The guide rod, 8 mm in diameter with a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra, is made of alloy steel with high resistance to damage. The solid clamps are made from 7075 aluminum alloy, additionally heat-treated to increase strength.
