DURABLE DESIGN, ALUMINUM CLAMPS & STAINLESS STEEL GUIDE ROD

The base is made of steel with a high-quality powder coating and rubber inserts for stability during use. The 8 mm guide rod with a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra is crafted from alloyed stainless steel, offering high resistance to damage. The clamps are made of 7075 aluminum alloy and undergo heat treatment for added strength.

ANGLE ADJUSTMENT, DOUBLE-ROW BALL BEARING, REMOVABLE FRAME

The sharpening angle is adjustable by raising or lowering the hinge assembly along the vertical mast. The rotation mechanism is based on a double-row ball bearing with a built-in axle, requiring no maintenance for up to 15 years. The model also features an integrated hook and a removable frame—just unscrew two bolts to inspect the cutting edge without removing the knife.
