Manicure tool sharpening machine

This machine is our proprietary development. It has been designed based on practical experience and real needs of professionals working in the sharpening of manicure and pedicure tools. During the design process, special attention was paid to precision, ease of use, and consistently high-quality results.

The machine allows sharpening all types of manicure and pedicure nippers, cuticle pushers, tweezers, scissors, scalpels, curettes, scalers, and other tools. The sharpening technology used in this machine enables processing of 5–7 manicure instruments per hour with consistently high quality, even for beginners with minimal sharpening skills.

The machine can be used in two positions: horizontal and vertical. This significantly expands the device’s capabilities and improves operator comfort.

The equipment has a compact size and can be installed in workshops with limited space, as well as used for on-site sharpening at client locations, exhibitions, and other events.

The machine is equipped with a unique manipulator that allows precise positioning of the tool relative to the abrasive disc, as well as monitoring the sharpening process without removing the tool from the manipulator holder.

It also features a quick-change abrasive system that allows replacement of abrasive materials within seconds.

The machine is equipped with a foot pedal for start control, as well as speed and rotation direction adjustment of the motor, which significantly expands the range of possible sharpening services.

The sharpening process is carried out by fixing the tool in the manipulator, setting the required sharpening angle, and adjusting the pressure of the manipulator with the tool against the abrasive disc.
