Manipulator for sharpening cuticle nippers

We have designed and manufactured a holder – a manipulator for sharpening cuticle nippers. This is a fully original project developed based on my engineering knowledge and analysis of available systems. It is made using CNC technology with a strong focus on precision and repeatability.

Application: designed for sharpening nippers in cooperation with a bench grinder.

Operating principle: the holder enables stable fixing and precise positioning of the tool during sharpening.

Construction:

• working arm with smooth left–right movement on precision linear bearings
• articulated arm design ensuring free and controlled movement
