The base is made of steel, coated with high-quality powder paint, and equipped with adjustable supports that ensure stable positioning during use. The guide rail is made of anodized aluminum, increasing its durability and improving the smoothness of movement during sharpening. It consists of two parts for easier storage and transport. Folded length: 760 mm. Weight: 195 grams. The clamps are made of 7075 aluminum alloy, additionally heat-treated to enhance strength.

QUICK ANGLE ADJUSTMENT, TOOTHED GUIDE, TILT CONTROL

This model features an improved quick angle adjustment mechanism based on a milled toothed guide rail, ensuring smooth trolley movement. The trolley with a joint mechanism moves along the guide by rotating the handle, allowing instant and precise angle changes with a single motion. The frame is locked using specially designed magnetic hydraulic locks. The device includes a built-in hook and a quick-release rotating frame, allowing edge inspection without removing the knife from the clamps. The rotating mechanism can also be locked. The upper M8 threaded hole on the guide rail is intended for mounting a lighting system. This model also includes space for an electronic angle gauge.
