International delivery outside the European Union

Delivery outside the European Union is carried out by UPS and Poczta Polska from Monday to Friday.
The goods are shipped within 2-4 days after the money is credited to the company’s account.
When sending goods outside the European Union, Kazak Poland has the opportunity to deduct 23% VAT from each product.
For international orders, consult with your local customs regarding import tax and duties (the customer is responsible for this payment).
Often orders are very individual and have different weights and dimensions, which gives us the right to individually indicate the cost of delivery based on the size of the parcel and weight,
based on the prices provided to us by our courier partner companies.
After the customer places an order on the website within 24 hours, we send a response to the customer indicating the information and the price of delivery.

Delivery in the European Union

Delivery in the EU area is carried out by DPD from Monday to Friday.
The goods are shipped within 2-4 days after the money is credited to the company’s account.
When sending goods in the European zone, Kazak Poland deducts 23% VAT from each product and automatically charges the VAT rate of the country from which the order was made.
Often orders are very individual and have different weights and dimensions, which gives us the right to individually indicate the cost of delivery based on the size of the parcel and weight,
based on the prices provided to us by our courier partner companies.
After the customer places an order on the website within 24 hours, we send a response to the customer indicating the information and the price of delivery.

Delivery in Poland

Delivery in Poland is carried out by DPD courier, Inpost (paczkomat) from Monday to Friday.
The goods are shipped within 2 working days after the money is credited to the company’s account.
Often orders are very individual and have different weights and dimensions, which gives us the right to individually indicate the cost of delivery based on the size of the parcel and weight,
based on the prices provided to us by our courier partner companies.

General additional information for everyone

If the Buyer refuses to accept the order from the courier (the color, size, style, etc. did not fit), the full cost of the completed delivery is paid.
If it is impossible to contact the buyer to confirm the order, during the delivery of the order, the online store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order.
