Kit for commercial sharpening and workshops<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The culture of sharpening is developing more and more every year in all countries. We have created a kit for you that will allow you to cover the full range of work for sharpening in your workshop. The main key tools in this kit are a knife sharpener KAZAK<\/strong> MODEL 100<\/strong> and a MECHANICAL ASSISTANT<\/strong>. With the help of a high-precision manual knife and scissors sharpening device MODEL 100<\/strong>\u00a0(Knife sharpening device \u201cKazak MODEL 100\u201d BLACK LIMITED EDITION) <\/a>you can sharpen knives of different lengths and widths. A large analog goniometer will help you adjust the angle very precisely. The MODEL 100<\/strong> device has a magnetically hydraulic rotary assembly system. With this technology, we have achieved minimal deviations and a more accurate grasp of the rotary assembly (see the 3-D visualization below in the video. A MECHANICAL ASSISTANT<\/strong> is the second main accessory (in addition to many more accessories that we will discuss further), which will allow you to rip off a knife 5 times faster at the initial stage (we often find this when getting knives with punches or even blunt ones). About the MODEL 100 device<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The sharpening device KAZAK “Model 100” is designed primarily for work in grinding workshops. When designing the device, the following tasks were solved:
\n– providing increased rigidity of the device
\n– providing increased device life
\n– the minimum amount of maintenance.<\/p>\n

The device does not require lubrication of the main components for 8-9 years. The rotary assembly has no analogues in the market of sharpening devices.<\/p>\n

Description<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Two angular contact adjustable bearings are used in the rotary assembly. Thanks to this, the bearings can be adjusted in such a way that the shaft of the rotary assembly has absolutely no backlash either in the radial or axial direction. The housing of the rotary assembly is made of aluminum and is closed at the ends with two covers in which there are seals against dust.
\nThe frame has a length of 200 mm. It is quickly removed from the shaft. The knife clips are painted black so that the user’s eyes do not get tired. The minimum distance between the knife clips is 75 mm when measured on the outside. The frame is fixed using magnetic hydraulic clamps of a special design. The shaft can be blocked from turning.
\nThe sharpening angle adjustment unit is a toothed rail along which the carriage moves. The carriage does not require additional fixation. There is a sliding assembly with a protractor on the carriage. A German-made linear bearing made of plastic.
\nThe guide rod is made of aluminum, anodized. It consists of two parts for easy storage and transportation. It has a length of 760 mm when assembled. The weight is 195 grams.
\nThe sharpening device is supplied in a convenient plastic case.

The legs are adjustable. The base plate and mounting plate are made of steel with a thickness of 10 mm, painted with powder. Mounted on the mounting plate:
