It provides precise and stable clamping while allowing the blade to rotate without removal. The sharpening process is fast, safe, and requires no special skills. The set includes an electronic angle gauge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAMAGE-RESISTANT DESIGN, ALUMINUM CLAMPS &amp; STAINLESS STEEL GUIDE ROD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The base is made of steel with a high-quality powder coating and rubber inserts for stability during use. The 8 mm guide rod with 0.4 Ra surface roughness is made of alloyed stainless steel, offering high resistance to damage. The clamps are made of 7075 aluminum alloy and additionally heat-treated for increased durability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANGLE ADJUSTMENT, DOUBLE-ROW BALL BEARING, REMOVABLE FRAME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sharpening angle can be adjusted by raising or lowering the hinge assembly along the vertical mast. The rotation mechanism is based on a double-row ball bearing with a built-in axle, maintenance-free for 15 years.
